What we collect. When you enquire or book: your name, email, phone number, the hotel or address we collect you from, your travel dates and party size, and anything you tell us about accessibility or dietary needs.

Why. To quote, to confirm, and to get you collected on the right morning. Accessibility and dietary notes reach the guide, because the tour cannot be delivered safely without them.

Who it is shared with. The ground operator delivering your tour, and the guide assigned to it. Nobody else, and we do not sell data to anyone.

Where it goes. Delivering a tour in Egypt means your booking details are handled by our operator there.

Your rights. Ask us for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Write to hello@lumenguidedtours.com and a person will answer.

Cookies and tracking. This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies and runs no analytics. Your cart is stored in your own browser and never leaves it until you submit a booking request.
