Cancellation policy

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pick up. Cancel more than 24 hours before your start time and you are refunded in full, with no fee.

Inside 24 hours. The guide, the vehicle and the entrance tickets are committed by then, so bookings cancelled inside 24 hours are not refundable.

If we cancel. If Lumen or the operator cancels, for weather, a site closure, a security directive or anything else at our end, you are refunded in full whatever the notice given.

If you do not arrive. If you are not at the meeting point and we cannot reach you on the number you gave us, the booking is treated as used.

Partial delivery. If part of a tour cannot run, for example a site closes on the day, we refund the value of that part.

How to cancel. Reply to your confirmation email or write to hello@lumenguidedtours.com. Refunds go back to the original payment method.
